Located in the Camelback East / Paradise Valley part of Phoenix (zip code 85032). The immediate neighborhood is mostly single-family residential streets with yards and mature desert landscaping. Within a short drive are shopping and dining corridors next to Kierland (Camelback Road, Shea/Scottsdale Road and the Biltmore/Arcadia areas), several parks and small community amenities. Sky Harbor International Airport and downtown Phoenix are reachable in under 20–30 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Driving is the easiest and most flexible option; the area is car-oriented with on-street parking and nearby arterial access. Major nearby roads include 32nd Street, Shea Boulevard, Camelback Road and the Loop freeways (202/101) accessible within a short drive. Ride-hail services (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are widely available. Valley Metro bus routes operate on nearby arterials; however, local bus frequency is lower than in central Phoenix. Light rail service does not run directly to this block—the Valley Metro Rail has stations in central Phoenix and Tempe; reach a rail station via a short drive or bus/ride-hail. Biking is possible on calmer residential streets but summer heat makes cycling seasonal for many visitors.
